    Anyone here was lifetime android user and swapped to iPhone? I had android since galaxy S1 and thinking of switching to iPhone, how hard is it to get used to? What are you missing , what annoys you? What are disadvantages and advantages? I have a few concerns. But I feel like people on YouTube always saying it is sooo great (like apple paid to say that) note. I don't own Mac ,always windows user so please don't mention iCloud etc ,is is still hard do copy files from Windows do iPhone? Any feedback would be great, thanks

    I've been a lifelong Android user (nearly 2 decades) and my Galaxy S10 died recently. Switched over to an old iPhone XR and I love that everything just works so smoothly. No clunkiness in the UI (I know Androids have improved, but in my experience they're never as smooth as iOS). The apps are almost all of better quality and nicer to use, the phone seems to be built better (like most comparable Apple products - although you certainly pay for it), and my favourite "pro" is that the face detection is brilliant. No more fingerprint scanning and very rarely a pin code - it just works, and it works brilliantly in my experience. I'm not aware of an Android face unlock mechanism that is nearly as good, or as trusted. I don't use iCloud, I stick to Google storage, but Google integration seems absolutely fine in general.

    Negatives - The price, the lightning charger (all my other devices are USB-C now, although the next iPhone sounds like it'll be USB-C). It just means carrying an extra charger. And if i was being picky, the App store is more strict that the Google Play Store, so you'll have less flexibility in some areas (think "legally dubious" foreign sport streaming for example).

    I never thought I'd have an iphone, but in general it just seems to work smoother, less buggy and feels nicer to operate. Just my 2 cents, i still think there's some brilliant androids out there! (edited)

    Would love to try those phones after years of Samsung Android but 60hz puts me off. Getting back down from 120hz won't work for me. Even my laptop has got 120hz, it's a huge difference comparing to 60hz.

    These have 120 Hz screens. It's the non-Pro models that are stuck at 60 Hz.

    I’ve had my 13pro since day one and use it something silly like 15 hours per day and charge it on and off none stop and my battery health is still 92%. I still love the phone but will probably upgrade soon when new ones are released, these will drop in price too although that’s about 4 months away

    Has anyone bought like new from them before? What was the battery % if so?

    I bought a 14 Pro from them earlier this week. I went with “Very Good”
    It arrived in pristine condition, only 4 charge cycles, and was activated only 2 weeks prior, so will be adding Apple Care. Obviously it’s a bit pot luck, but they do seem to under promise and over deliver.

    Crazy good value, I upgraded to 14 pro but think the 13 pro is a better phone as the battery life was much better than my 14 pro and at £650 is a steal.

    This iPhone or iPhone 12?

    Have owned both. The 13 Pro:
    * has a far superior camera. The 3x lens is great for document scanning and you don't get it on a 12 (12 Pro has 2x, 3x is better for me). If you like photography, get the 13 Pro. note the 128 GB pro doesn't do some video recording bits (ProRes video?? can't remember off the top of my head), but nor does the 12.
    * screen is brighter and the notch is smaller
    * battery life is better
    * might get iOS updates for longer as it's a year newer. might not (edited)

    Mine arrived today, appears to be brand new! 100% battery health and the model number starts with an M which according to Google means I'm the first person to register it.
