Nothing says Christmas more than cereal - this year Kelloggs have released for the first time in history (sadly not raining men) the UK's first Breakfast Advent Calendar ‘24 bowls til’ Christmas’!
Each day in the countdown to Christmas, you’ll open a door to unveil a different Kellogg’s cereal behind each door - it contains 24 variety boxes + festive greetings and it looks greaaaaat (sorry, I couldn’t resist)
Exclusive to Tesco, instore & online for £4

Not what I thought at all just went to buy it and luckily had a proper look first, it's basically a picture advent calendar and 3 variety packs of cereal, I don't know if the doors tell you which cereal to have but they are only little windows and it says a joke and character behind each door (maybe the character is to tell you which box to have?) I thought you would open the door and the cereal of the day would be behind it

Oh well, saved myself £ from not buying one, was considering buying 1 or 3 depending on how it looked

Yeah, the character behind the door represents which box to have that day. £4 is a great price for 3 packets of variety selection anyway and the added bonus of it being an advent calendar as well is a bargain for the price. I expect it would have cost a lot more if they put more effort into the packaging. Anyway, I picked for a couple for my niece/nephews - thanks :-)

The whole world has gone advent calendar mad...including me..thwarted on pringles in B&M yesterday .. but got this today..its a bit of fun/tat/I'm sad etc. Yes I know its only got a hollow card outer wrapper with tiny little doors - otherwise you'd only get five rice krispies in a pack!! As other comments have made clear, its currently cheaper than buying 3 x 8packs..@£2.05 a pack in supermarkets and @£1.49 in the usual discount stores . Beer, wine, gin, whisky, make up, cheese..is there nothing you can't put 24 doors on ..seemingly not.. Next year..at this rate of excess I'm sure there will be an advent calendar squared which has a curated (randomly chucked together) different advent calendar in each door..advent squared..and I'll probably buy that too....

Love how they always put an 8 month shelf life on the advent calendars but the standard chocolate life is 18 - 24 months.
