Nearly 900 calories in an original recipe snack box and that's not including the calories from the £3 you spend at KFC; and we wonder why we have an obesity crisis... Cold from me.

That's a bit pathetic, what about folk who've spent two hours in the gym this evening and fancy a treat?

Both of which are out of stock
Takes time for all offers to update to tills.

Makes no sense. Why bother going to the gym if you're just going to put on the calories you previously burned?

Increased metabolism means you still burn extra calories long after you exercise. Plus your body is grasping for nutrition to recover & rebuild.

You're right, it makes no sense to gain muscle mass to improve both functional strength and aesthetics.

    :/ :/

Yes because you couldn't just eat grilled chicken, some fruits and a protein bar and get more nutrients and protein without all the useless fat and calories from the chips, fizzy drinks and oil in the skin. People like you are why we have an obesity crisis. Don't have the Education to know there are alternative options out there that provide more nutrients and protein whilst lowering calories, even if you want to treat yourself at least get a grilled chicken wrap from mcdonald's for crying out loud.

So 1000+ calories of chips and fizzy drinks that have no nutritional value are the way to go? Get a grip and stop being ignorant.

Hahaha, you're having a laugh? I've been strength training for 3 years now, 5ft11 85KG 12% bodyfat. I don't need your advice or sympathy, thanks.
Yes, I munch rice, brocolli and chicken breasts most days, but some days after particularly gruelling workouts with heavy compounds I fancy a KFC. It's a bloody tasty treat.

I fit the macronutrients from this into my allowance comfortably, it comes in at one third of my TDEE so is barely a full meal.

Perhaps it's people like you who are responsible for the obesity crisis because you think you have an infinite fountain of wisdom whereby you preach for hours on end about how people shouldn't be eating this food without thinking that perhaps it could be a weekly treat that is, let's be honest, not that unhealthy. It'll give you a nice post workout hit of protein and carbohydrates, but perhaps a little too much saturated fat.

Stop trying to tell other people how to live and what to eat, you're probably a chunker yourself taking it out on people on a bloody deals website.

"Do something productive"? Are you kidding me? I'm not the one writing paragraphs upon paragraphs on a deals site. I work in the city and rake in 60k+ at the age of 24 so I must be doing something well moron.

Pfft you work in the city? Loser.

I work in the empire and rake in 80 mil+ at the age of 23, so I must be doing something well moron.

Now now, sounds like someone is projecting his own insecurities on others.

Did you ever make it to UCL studying Economics?

Judging by the timing of your post above, it would seem you skipped university and headed straight into the city to 'rake in 60k+'? (edited)
