This is a 7th gen cpu (dual core) NOT a 8th gen cpu (quad core) as with earlier deals, with no official windows 11 support. I don't think dual core machines are worthwhile in 2023. (edited)

Does this company ever have grades above Very Good or is just a reflection of their current stock?

I recently bought an 8th Gen equipped T480 from them, described as very good. It has a couple of marks on the bottom of the case where an asset tag was removed, but is otherwise immaculate.

If the source of these is a firm where they were used for a couple of years of employee WFH or similar, I can imagine they are genuinely all in pretty good condition.

Poor deal, most t480's are quadcore 8th gen cpus with around double the performance and can be got for this price.
