No. Look for SSDs that are gen 4x4 (nvme) (edited)

Just want an opinion as whether to get a 4TB NVME (x2) and put in my pc, or buy an 8tb Samsung quvo??? sata 2.5 inch for the same price? I will only game on my pc, no content make or big writes. So is it better to get 2x 4tb nvme or 1 x 8tb SATA, or is it just personal choice? Thanks (edited)

Get the NVME, because the speed is better and you don't have to worry about cable or space. NVME is more durable and provides better performance for games, like loading or downloading updating, installing games. There are other advantages, NVME is just better.

    £20 more for a Crucial P3.
£40 more for a P3 Plus - but these were a little less a day or two ago.
SN850X could be had for £345 a day or two ago.

Spend some more money if you can and you’ll have more peace of mind as to the likelihood of your data still being there tomorrow. It’s often quite irreplaceable - and even when it is replaceable, it’s painful trying to get back to where you were.

Plus, if it fails, you will have to return it to the USA presumably.
Cold from me and the price has gone up a bit.
