    Only 11p more than it's sister ice cream that Aldi stock. They are made by the same company but Mackie's version has more whipping cream in than the Strachan's version. (21% in Mackie's vs 11% in Strachan's , and you can taste the difference.)

    Used to be my favourite ice cream until they ruined it few years ago. They changed the recipe so it's not that creamy and heavy anymore. I remember several year ago when buying another pack I immediately noticed how light it was comparing with the previous one. So, I don't buy this anymore. Nowadays, if you want to get proper product you need to buy half litre tubes of premium ice cream. This one is really delicious and currently 1/3 off. waitrose.com/eco…808

    Cold. Watered down, and keeps going up in price. Worth £2 at a stretch.

    It's amazong how many people in Britain embrace being ripped off. It must have over taken queuing as a favourite activity. (edited)
