    Good machine but, if you're tempted, be sure you know what you're buying first. It isn't a traditional ice cream maker. It doesn't freeze anything. You put an ice cream mix together in one of its tubs, freeze it for 24 hours and then process it in the machine. It sort of grinds the frozen mixture down sands turns it into ice cream.

    If all you want it for is ice cream , consider buying an ice cream maker that churns and freezes. But the Ninja does a whole lot more - slushis and so on. If that's what you want, buy the Ninja. (edited)

    Search on YouTube. Plenty of videos available explaining how to use it and icecream/sorbet recipes.
