    PSA: Creatine may speed up hair loss for those who have certain genes that make them more likely to have male pattern baldness.
    While studies are currently underway and nothing is proven, it is well understood that creatine raises DHT levels. Basically, DHT binds to hair follicles, weakening them, causing the hair to grow thin, fall out and not grow back.

    Shame, as I really want to try it but I also love my hair.

    Creatine is worth it, I've been taking it for a solid month and have seen great results only taking 5g daily

    I would actually buy more from MyProtein if they had consistent and transparent good value pricing.

    The headline prices are now a joke. Unless I have some random stacking of various offers nowadays I always have the feeling it's a con and don't buy.
