The word "PROTEIN" on snack bars these days means each bar is approx £1 each
Yes the protein is 10gm (only say some) but its quite moderate quantity and sugar content is not best but not the worst as well. . . .

These come down to the £8 mark every so often... I always stock up at that point, otherwise its an okay price if you need them currently
