Is there any reason that Nike Air Max SC seems to be a fair bit cheaper than other Air Max styles?

I found they discolour at the front very quickly and have bought them twice and return both after a month or so of wear.

To counter the negative comment, I love my pair of SC’s. One of the comfiest pairs I’ve owned.
