What's better this or the Poco X5 pro?

Depends what you want in a phone, the poco will have better battery, but slower charging, reno8 pro faster charging, reno8 pro with the superior Processor and IMO UI, cameras despite the figures, I think the reno will have better cameras, both nice 6.7 inch AMOLED displays as well.

The biggest downsides for me with this, and other Oppo phones are poor IP ratings (this is IP54) and no Micro SD option on this. (edited)

Only a matter of time before SD slots disappear from all phones

Never heard of this brand to be honest. I currently have Motorola G8 power and its getting really slowwwwwww adnd glitchy. Is this Oppo any good? (edited)

I have a mid 2020 OPPO Find X2 Pro so it's getting on for 3.5 years. It orginally shipping with Android 10 (ColorOS 7) then it received ColorOS 10 (Android 10, ColorOS version revised to reflect Android version) and then ColorOS 12 (Android 12) and more recently it received ColorOS 13.1 (Android 13). Security updates are due to end 2024.

So I've had 4 major Android versions and support ends 2024 so 4 years worth of support. So OPPO have been great the phone hardware is still competitive today. It was a flagship phone at the time. Just shows you with the proper support and decent hardware you don't need to change phone every year.

Good price but if you haven't had a OnePlus phone / don't have a supervooc charger already and not with Giffgaff - more like 249+10+25. Or around 285 all in.

That applies to most phones these days that only come with a USB cable.

Would this be a decent replacement for a Poco f3 pro 8/256? Only replacing it as it has water damage and the screen doesn't work.

Good phone, camera is bad with skin tones but otherwise good.

Is it really that bad? DXOmark gives it decent score. I was contemplating upgrading my Redmi note 10 pro to this but now after your comment I am not so sure. could you comment on above please ? Thanks

Yes but just read on some other deal that even brand new ones from Xiaomi direct do not include chargers.
