Do not buy the birthday cake flavor I repeat do not buy this flavour, I have a pretty high tolerance to bad protein bars, heck I eat ones that are over a year outta date and have tried many good and bad ones of various quality and taste, this is only one of two bars (the other been a good awful Primark bar) that I took one bite of and had to bin, it was awful and chemicaly, the other flavours are pretty nice though especially the salted caramel fudge one, that's in my top 5 protein bars

I will second this, the only way I found to make them edible was to stick in the microwave, then drink something after each bite. They're so dry and chewy, without microwaving they're pretty much inedible unless you want jaw DOMS for a week.

Calm down people there not bad. And at £1 a bar what you gonna get that compares?

    Good deal I say.
Always better to get protein from natural sources but if your on a long drive, or in a pinch there can top you up.

    Beats a twix bar anyday

They're pink so ideal for eating while watching Barbie at the movies or even during Oppenheimer if you need to lighten the mood.

I know I will get hate for this but I think these are nice. They are more like strawberry flavour rather than Birthday cake. They do take a lot of chewing.

Very long list of ingredients, seems like processed junk

Don’t mind these at all. Yes chewy but taste fine and do the job. £12 for me, so £1 a bar, so I’ll be happy thanks for posting, heat given (edited)

Note voted because price is OK, but these are ... not good. Insanely tough and chewy (microwaving is pretty essential, not practical to eat out and about). Flavour is not great. Would personally give these a miss.

Make you own protein bars at home. 2 crushed bananas(when then start to black on the outside are the best) cup and a half of oats. 3 tablespoons of peanut butter. Chocolate chips. Mixed the ingredients together and put in the oven for 15 minutes on about 180. They taste very good. 👌

Put into cupcake cases or onto a baking tray and slice up.

I have to stand up for them yet again. These are most definitely the best flavour they do That said I will never buy another smart bar...too much saturated fat for someone with my bad genes and a cholesterol level of 6.7!! I'm on a health kick now

Leave this discussion this is only for haters you are not welcome here! See I told you that they are evil! Giving people freaking heart attacks now, the fact you still defend these vile logs shows the madness they cause.

Never had an issue with them unless they’ve changed recently. Some of the best bars out there.

Imo these are the worst flavour from PHD
