    I bought 4 pairs of Kickers recently and 1 pair of pods.. all were beautifully made.. 3 of the kickers made in France and the pods were made in portugal. Pod and Kickers sometimes still sold in 80scasualclassics... most Pods i Believe are still made in Portugal.. as are Veras.. (edited)

    Lots do it, but they don't usually wrap around so far so it's much more subtle.

    Oddly the black pair look kinda dull without the contrast

    Pods were once super cool like Kickers..Pods are still mostly very nicely made in Portugal...

    I quite like them.

    A bit ghetto? Pod were a mod revival brand.. then the 80's casuals got into them.. they are still made in same factory in Portugal.. they might not be formal like loakes, but they aint ghetto. (edited)
