I think they've extended the offer. You go to a paypoint store, open your Amazon app to the top up section, let them scan your barcode, pay £40, and the £10 extra credit is automatically applied to your account.

They said there was a glitch in the system with click and collect since it got upgraded. Just say you want to order click and collect and they should help you. Then I noticed my account had been credited with £15 instead of £20, so I did live chat again and it turns out the promotion offer had been changed for some reason but they didn't know why. So they applied the extra £5 to my account. Just a heads-up incase the same has happened on your account
