    With no booster boxes, this set is going to so expensive to collect.

    Any reason why there is no booster boxes?

    Is considered a special expansion rather than a proper one, so just like Crown Zenith and similar sets before they have no booster boxes.

    New to Pokemon trading cards as my son has just got into it.

    Am I correct in saying that each of the different Pokemon trading card sets cant be combined? Reason I ask is the backs of the cards are different and therefore could make it obvious what card you have coming up next in your deck.

    i.e. this set has different backs to silver tempest set, which are different from the standard Pokemon card backs.

    You can combine different sets. The backs are always the same on English cards and always have been - you might be looking at the sleeves that come with this box.

    Don’t forget this is the smaller ETB with the 9 packs for another £5 you get 11 from the Pokémon centre ( currently out of stock) but always worth checking.

    Decent with delivery and you shouldn't get resealed products from amazon on release. Although, they are known for cancelling orders.
