The webpage states " combination flat and phillips head screwdriver key"

However there's no mention of the Phillips head utility on the packaging nor can I see anything I can use for phillips screws.

    I think it's been misdescribed.

    Will this cut through plasterboard?

Not sharp enough in reality I'm afraid.
It will cut through if you push hard enough but the result won't be pretty 🤪.
You can cut through plasterboard with a spoon giving the same result 😁

I've used this before, so won't buy again but isn't it just better to buy this as you get the scrapers for free essentially?

Relatively big DIY brand - bought a few of their tapes in the past
