Never heard of this make! From China?

Swedish I think. Guitar is made in Indonesia. This is their budget range, the other ones are very expensive. This one was rep £1599 when it came out but it came with extra pickup options.

Tempting until you realise the price of swapping the pickups will be pushing towards the cost of the guitar over again.

I did the same and checked that out. £169 to £429 for replacement pickups.

What a gimmick. Learn to solder or buy a few more guitars for different setups. This instrument is a monument to compromise

Inclined to agree. If this was rrp I’d never look at it. But for £350 while the spec isn’t amazing. It’s certainly not to be sniffed at. The reviews concentrate on the gimmick but what came across from all my watching and reading is that it’s a very nice, modern, well made guitar from a reputable maker, that hasn’t tarnished their rep by making a cheap model. mots why it’s tempting me. Just as is at this price.

So I take it this doesn't come with any pickups fitted ?....and only Their pickups work with this system ?..
Have heard about hot swap pick up systems but don't know anything about them .

Specs are nothing out of the ordinary but looks a half decent guitar for something different...and crying out for a p90 in the bridge (edited)

Could be worth a gamble if they ever drop the prices of the pickups.

See my other post about getting your own converted.

I’ve posted this in replies but might as well post.
to get the other pickups looks really expensive.
the shops pickup company can fit your own pickups to a backplate. For £60 or a set for £100. it’s still expensive but I think it’s a nice option.

im not buying this guitar, I want to but can’t honestly justify it this month. If I was swapping pickups I’d kinda do it myself.

Interesting guitar BUT as pickups can be modelled in software now I don't see the point. Maybe useful live.

Blue Cat's Re-Guitar is perhaps the most famous software for this purpose >

    bluecataudio.com/Pro…ar/

Also this Amp modeler which is Open Source (hurrah!) and thus FREE is absolutely amazing >

    neuralampmodeler.com/

Emil Rohbe is probably the king of using NAM (Neural Amp Modeler) and providing FREE models. Also has a decent Facebook support community for this software. >
