    Does this have DRAM cache. The fast kind ?

    Yeah this is 2019 gen 3 x4 PCIe 3 NVMe SSD with DRAM cache. A top end Gen 3 drive.

    Although newer models may have a larger pseudo SLC cache, this drive performs very well even up to almost full. And will work better on heavier work loads.

    I could be wrong but I'm sure I've seen people saying the PS5 requires PCIe 4.0 drives, this is PCIe 3.0.

    The memory glut really is pushing prices down a lot. Still haven't installed this SSD I paid £75 for a few months ago, which was a great price then.
