£509 now. Best price it's been.

Seems quite expensive for just HDR 400 (pretty much worthless HDR).

Good to know, looked good imo for IPS/Smart monitor with high refresh rate (at 4k of course). Not a monitor guy though but hey, worth sharing

Guys I know it's not quite the same, but the LG Oled c2 42" is very nice for gaming. 120hz 4k over hdmi 2.1. Probably get one for about 850 nowadays. I highly recommend it. I use it on my pc desk , sat about 2 feet away, such a pleasure. Oh yeah and it has a gaming overlay, showing fps , and even says GSYNC when connected to Nvidia card (edited)

    A 42" screen is not a monitor

I have the 28" version of this, nice monitor, it's almost having a small (and slow) pc. It has the usual apps like Netflix, Disney+ and more, the one I like most is the ability to remote desktop to my pc just using the monitor.

Had this monitor for 5 months now and regret purchasing it… yes it 4K etc, but IPS panel takes forever to turn on, getting to settings of monitor is a nightmare, has its own Os so try to be like a monitor and TV at same time, and most of time doesn’t detect my monitor connect(tried it on 2 different PC’s and xbox and all have same issue) Wouldn’t recommend….

I'm having the opposite experience to yourself. I've had it 2 weeks and it's working like a dream. Menu is very easy to use and it only takes a couple of seconds to turn on when i power my PC up.

I only paid £389 for it though. This one is quite expensive.

I'm in the market for a 32"gaming monitor. My main criteria is that is has to be 120hz or more, must NOT be curved and it has to have speakers. I actually do not mind either 2k or 4k. With a budget of £500 the current one at the top is this...Acer Predator XB323U GX. Does the Samsung offer anything better than the Acer apart from the resolution? (edited)
