I had a fantastic wooden shed, costing around £1400 and having moved house, wanted another. The price had gone up to around £3k ( to be fair, this is around 10 years later).
That was too much for me so I took a leap of faith on a plastic ‘Lifetime’ shed from Costco at around £1100. I think they are around £1000 at the moment.
It’s a 7 feet x 12 feet and has a couple of token windows and double opening doors.
I think it’s fantastic. Stayed bone dry through terrible rain and storms and no maintenance like roof re-felting or painting.
Worth a look if you’ve got a grand to spend on a shed.
I had mine put on a decent concrete base.

12mm T&G walls will make this next to worthless in a couple years.

The price of sheds has just gone through the roof in the last couple years. I'd advise to check out local sellers. We managed to get a bargain on a 18mm 12x10ft with double doors and 40 years roof guarantee for about a grand delivered and installed when it was looking like £1600 for the same from the big chains.

This is very good value in deed! If it’s put on a proper solid level base, treated with quality wood persever, then quality paint and thick roofing felt (put down with felt paint AND nails), with yearly maintenance and painting, it will last for many many years!

The future of wood being used to make sheds is almost dead. PVC is fast becoming far more affordable and durable (if UV resistant).

Companies are trying to sell wood sheds at pre 2021 prices that look the part but with sheets/strips that are so thin, you can read through it.

    Avoid this like the plague.

Shire don't get very good reviews on trustpilot.
