    Hi All,

How good/bad is O2 within the M25 area? As O2 seems to get such awful reviews & being such a big player, how is then that the majority do not just leave & go elsewhere forcing them to improve?

I went into a local O2 shop & explained I was worried about the poor reviews about coverage & was told it was mainly due to upgrade work being delayed due to Covid & most is now either done or soon to be done - not sure if that was just twaddle or actuality!

    Thanks!
