    I noticed in store last week that the weight had changed…. Just after a “shortage”. Methinks they had a delay in the new bags rather than the actual product…. Another case of “shrinkflation”

    Haven't seen any decent cauliflower for months. I've given up on home delivery, when the come they're like a tennis ball. All my local supermarkets are the same. Frozen is an option, assuming that it works in your dish. Doesn't work ground for rice, great for mash.

    To be fair 19p for 1kg bag of red onions is a cracking deal from Tesco (edited)

    Yes but once this temp deal is over you getting ripped off by having only 800g unless all other stores copy Tesco and shrinkflate

    Aldi doing them for 19p also, probably why open wallet surgery Tesco is also, wasn’t long back there was a mass shortage on veg , total scaremongering  (edited)
