    These finest potatoes are just good-looking potatoes, they seem to be rubbish at actually being a tasty potato
    Full of water, they seem to take ages to roast due to the steam and they shrink a lot in my experience. They dont really taste nice mashed either. Just my opinion.

    Maris piper's in farmfoods for 99p 2kg. The best all rounder by far.

    I either won't buy or tear a pack open if I'm desperate.  I bought some from Sainsbury's recently and they were all green.  No BBD on them either

    Best potatoes ever, particularly for roasties are Nadine. Used to be widely available but it's like looking for a needle in a haystack at the moment. There's some real rubbish out there, especially those labelled 'white potatoes' which are dry and pretty tasteless.
