Double check your receipt after purchase.

My apples were £1.10 on the shelf clubcard priced but went thorugh at full £1.70 despite my clubcard being scanned.

This happens across multiple products semi-regularly.

This sometimes happens when it's the first day of a Club Card price change as the computers / Scanners can be behind when altering the price ( this offer started on the 9th ) If it is regularly happening it maybe worth phoning customer services number and tell them as that's not right 0800 505 555
