I’m considering it at this price, but then I haven’t played more than 10 hours in BOTW yet really should at least complete the main story before starting Skyrim again.
Good to know about crashes, last time I played was on 360 when it was released, I would hope most issues are resolved by now but then it is Bethesda. (edited)
Of course amazon recommends the more expensive one
Very.
Skyrim was my first elder scrolls game.
As long as you have some experience with openworld & RPG games you'll have a great time!
Same for me, I didn't like it that much on 360 and gave up after about twenty hours, but I'm about 100 hours in and apart from a few hours on Golf Story, I've played nothing else since finishing Odyssey.
Had the same audio static thing too, and just a couple of crashes. I do wonder if just putting the Switch to sleep causes some issues, because sometimes the game has been running for basically days on end!
Do it mate this mobile is the dream mate u will not stop playing it
I bought day one for £37 from Coolshop I believe. Was a pre order price. Shortly after the price went up to around £44-47.
It's slowly coming down to £35 every so often during a sale. But hasn't really dropped any further.
If you're not going to play it any time soon. Hold off.
It'll either float around £35 or maybe you could snatch a used copy around £27-30.
Plays well on the switch, only 2 crashes in around 55 hours of play.
But I much prefer fallout series over Skyrim.
Ha! I was all set to say it was because one listing was from a third-party seller, but they're both being sold by Amazon. There's only one version of the game on Switch so buy the cheaper one with confidence.
Thanks for the heads up, edited post
It contains day 1 bugs from the original 2011 release.
Can't really rate it better than "acceptable" given that fact.
Outside of the weird af static audio pop that the game has from time to time I have come across no problems in all 100+ hours.
This game is an embarrassment of riches with content. Especially if, like me you haven’t played the DLC
If you go to the list of all available you can see them all and at time of writing there is still one for £35. (edited)
i really enjoued that
I can't say which one is better because I've had a phenomenal experience with both titles..
But if you enjoy RPG's with unique gameplay, a gripping story and plenty of opportunities to side track with side quests and exploring, this is a game for you.
Even at this price it won't be hard to get your money's worth.
Not quite, because Zelda raised the bar for open world games. Though Skyrim is still an epic game and comes very close.
If you haven't played it before then you are in for a treat. If you have then it's definitely worthwhile jumping back in as it's great on the go.
I got on the Switch for £40 when it first came out. Never played it before then. So for me it was absolutely worth the price.
Of course it is haha. Thanks for the update
