Depends how badly you want it. This is the only game I have pre-ordered … Depends how badly you want it. This is the only game I have pre-ordered in a long time, and it will keep me entertainted well into the reduced prices of any forthcoming release e.g. Batman, COD3 etc. Possible trade in around Autumn.2014.

I have COD3, you can have it for a tenner if you want?

Been burnt twice in the past buying PS3 (Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas) and they were all glitchy and often crashed. Re-purchased on XBOX and they were fine with only the very rare crash.

If New Vegas on the 360 rarely crashed i would hate to see the PS3 version if it was worse!!

Just got off the phone from ASDA.

I spoke to a women called Lynn.

I asked her 1. the status of ''my'' pre order and she put me on hold for no longer than 10 secs to talk to her manager. When she came back she told me all skyrim preorders ''will'' arrive tomorrow. Hold on on a second? I asked about my order no one elses? But anyway i then asked her why they hell it says backorder on their website. After her stuttering for less than 3 seconds she then failed to answer saying ''sir we acknowledge your concern but we assure you it will be delivered tomorrow''.

So to conclude, i was a fool to ever pre order from ASDA. All i can do is wait tomorrow. If no game arrives i will manually phone then back up very angry demanding my evouchers.

edit: id also like to add this Lynn female seemed very quick to get rid of me.

Cant say as this is the first time ive ordered from them. However, im sure a lot of people would complain if it didn't arrive on time

Nothing is showing in my Quidco activity. I searched for the Asda Skyrim, clicked the link, added to basket, code added, had to register, checkout, paid, closed window. Did I miss anything?

i dont understand the point in pre-ordering games.
Why not spend that money on Batman Arkham city and keep trading it in for newer games at 99p a time. You get much more geekiness for your buck and your in control of when you get Elder Scrolls.

I do see your point Some people get games for DLC and online modes though i.e. Gears of War 3 But for a quick run through of various games it's a great way to do it!

Anyone looked at the other prices? I just ordered Battlefield 3[Limited Edition] (£33.97) along with Skyrim (£34.97). Order total was £62.05 with discount of -£6.89 using code. So £30ish each after Quidco not bad for two AAA games. Thank you!

I doubt it'll arrive on time. I preordered Arkham City (I know it's not out till tomorrow). Not been dispatched yet, and currently on 'backorder'.
