The Harris is a great mattress if you’re looking for luxury on a budget, offering amazing value without compromising on quality or comfort.

Our traditionally open sprung Harris mattress contains hour glass-shaped Bonnell springs that move to conform to your body, providing you with even support over the entire sleeping area. With a generous layer of soft filling and covered with a plush damask cover, this mattress offers a soft and comforting finish. The Harris is a no turn mattress; however, we recommend you rotate the mattress from head to toe regularly.

Expertly handcrafted in the UK, this mattress is part of our Dreams Workshop Collection.

The Harris is an upgrade on one of our bestselling mattresses, the Ashton. The spring count and firmness are similar, and we’ve improved the mattress with a more generous filling on one side to provide a more comfortable and luxurious feel.

Additional information

Single sided - rotate head to toe weekly for the first three months, then every month thereafter

For your peace of mind, our Bedcover Service Plan lets you rest easy about the looks, comfort and performance of your new mattress, bed or furniture with cover of up to 8 years.

Some of the reviews after a year of use seem to be poor.

I've read a few articles that have highlighted the potential dangers of spring mattresses in terms of radiation from all our WiFi and electrical devices. I'm aware people will believe this is conspiracy theory territory, but there is now peer reviewed science on it. I've changed mine to a full memory foam mattress now. Not too expensive for a decent double, went for an Inofia one for £300 and love it.

I'd like to read a bit more about this. Do you have any link(s) to scientific evidence to share please? Been using spring mattress for a couple of years, not a fan but wasn't aware of this

There is a lot of information on the Internet in general, but if you go on the ncbi website there is an academic article about EMF and inflammation that you might find interesting:

"The use of a bed with an insulating system of electromagnetic fields improves immune function, redox and inflammatory states, and decrease the rate of aging"

There's many types of Inofia mattresses. I've done every room with them and everyone loves them. But mattresses are very subjective. Some people hate the top brand makes too - different strokes for different folks
