I just bought this exact set and it’s fantastic. BUT BE WARNED delivery time was about 4 months even after it said online it would be delivered within 2 months. Silver cross customer service has been rotten too offering no solutions or support. With that being said it is a fantastic set but be wary ordering from silver cross directly
I agree - I have ordered the furniture due to be delivered at the end of the month
This was kinda my point was just calling out the bs comment above lol. I voted hot (y)
Not sure what nursery furniture is under £300 at Aldi but on top of that I would not buy Aldi furniture but rather spend a little bit more and get silvercross with 3 year warranty
The only set I can see is nearly £400 and got 1 star reviews from everyone that’s left a review... do you have a link to a different set?
Will bin all mine tomorrow and go drop 1k on each mattress else I'll be branded a cheap skate by @smadmad
Wrong. Unfortunately problems from sleeping on cheap mattresses won't manifest until they are adults and have problems with there back. They will like most adults think oh its wear and tear or age. When infact it's because their parents were cheapskates.
I have cheap mattresses for all 3 of my kids and had one when I was little, reality is cheap mattresses have weaker springs and less padding making them ideal for kids who weigh less. The reviews above have clearly been written by adults expecting miracles.
Didn't know they let 12 year olds register for hukd?
It’s more medium firm than soft, definitely not firm for silentnight
How firm/soft would you say the mattress was? I'm a fan of softer mattresses but reading some reviews which say it's firm.
Think you did well there to get a refund after 12 months.
Yep defo felt unlucky mate :( started having issues only 3 months in...... kept with it as we couldn’t be doing with the hassle etc.... but 15 months in, enough was enough! Hip pain.com! Bought replacement from a local bed shop, and then Costco were incredible at coming to collect / refund etc after 15 months of ownership..... just not sure Amazon would be quite that brill, and silentnight would likely do all they could to prove it isn’t faulty if you do get a dodgy one.....
I get the feeling the 1850 springs version may be discontinued. I can see old references to that mattress from places such as groupon. To be honest, I always find it difficult finding and comparing specific Silentnight and Sealy mattresses. However, the mattress for this deal looks to be cheaper than anywhere else, regardless of whether it has 1850 springs or 2000 springs, so I'm voting hot. There is a better deal on that same page on Amazon for just the double sized mattress alone - £415. Someone might want to post that as a separate deal?
I bought this for my elderly mother who like heat all night the only downside is it cant just be turned "on" its either one hour or 9 hr timer, not good as mum goes bed at 8pm for 12 hours so got cold in early hours, just pointed that fact out incase anyone purchases it for the same purpose.
Out of stock
Thanks op. Collected two for next winter. Heat added
