Then another three episodes were broadcast and called 'Series 2'. Then came the specials. Following on from those came eight episodes, which were compiled as 'Series 3'. When the first six episodes (Series 1 and 2) came out on DVD, the release merged them into one series and call it 'Series 1', which explains why ‘Series 2’ isn’t available separately on DVD (it’s now part of ‘Series 1’). This release comprises the first three series, plus the specials, so there are no unreleased episodes to miss out on.
