Flexible Flat Design: UGREEN Cat 8 Flat Ethernet cable adopts a uniquely flat and thin design, which is more flexible to install under the door, through the window, hidden under the carpet, or lined up against the wall, It's very suitable for indoor wiring to save a lot of space along your house and office.
Wide Compatibility: With the RJ45 Connector, Cat 8 High-speed Ethernet cable can be perfectly compatible with computers, laptops, modems, routers, PS5, PS4, PS3, X-Box 360, X-Box One, Switch, networking switches, ADSL, network adapters, hubs, printer and other networking devices. Ah the good old BS inflationary Cat. cables.

As a consumer, you don't need Cat.8 to begin with - it's for short runs between data-centre network switches.
    5m cables aren't Cat.8.
    Flat cables aren't Cat.8.
    26AWG aren't Cat.8.

Buy a decent (not flat) certified Cat.6 cable, don't be suckered into these stupid marketing lies. (edited)

Well it does state "26AWG pure copper core", however all the other nonsense around it suggests that's not true either!
Category 8 cabling was designed primarily for data centers where distances between switches and servers are short and is not intended for general office cabling. Also I believe the flat cable design makes it off spec as the cables are supposed to intertwine by design to reduce cross-talk, separating the cables out in a flat shape defeats the point of having twisted pairs.
