Can someone please advise if this is what I need to stream music from Spotify (iPhone) to my car's stereo system? I don't have Bluetooth, just an old-school Pioneer cd unit with usb and aux port.

what's the difference between this item and this hotukdeals.com/dea…929 (edited)

Yes, this would allow you to stream audio from your phone using bluetooth through the aux port on your unit.

The two products do the same but in different formats. This one has a battery and it can work for 15 hours before you need to charge it again. The other one doesn't have a battery and you have to keep the USB connected at all times to power the device, but you don't have to worry about battery life. You have to decide what works best for you.
