    Good price, heat added.

Genuine question, has anyone gone from a 64GB steam deck with games stored on SD card to upgrading to a drive like this? and comment on how much difference it makes? I'm guessing load times are quicker but is it noticeable? Thanks.

I upgraded mine from a 64gb to a 1tb ssd but was using a micro sd until the drive arrived.

Theres not much real world difference between the two, shader caches are stored on the SSD (can be moved) so this became an issue with the 64gb with a few games installed.

Games on the microsd took noticably longer for a first boot after installation for some reason, but fine on subsquent boots.

Its very easy to upgrade the internal drive though.

They seem to have shot up massively over the last week. Not sure why though. The 1tb used to be under 80.
