6700XT is 12GB, 6700 is 10GB this isn't the XT version therefore it has 10GB VRAM.

Returns for Amazon US items are terrible. I had to return something to them earlier this year (they sent me the wrong item) and took nearly 6 weeks to get a refund since you have to send it to a US address, can't just return it to a Amazon UK address.

I currently have a Titan X. Trying to find comparisons between this and it are difficult (a few for the 6700 XT). Is it worth an upgrade for gaming?

This is still not a good time, if it aint broke, i would not be replacing it yet.
The Computex show in mid May, will likely drop prices again, as a roadmap for new hardware is announced.

The PC market is facing a catastrophic decline, and all parts now sell to a buyer's market. Please consider allowing AMD and Ngreedia to complete the release of their new GPU stack over the coming weeks before buying such over-priced last gen GPUs. If you do so, you'll be pleased at the prices of the new and old stuff as seller's desperation really kicks in.
