Red Dragon Empowers You to Unleash the Power

PowerColor Red Dragon RX 6800 XT features the same new cooling-fan design as PowerColor Red Devil RX6800XT with 2X 100mm and 1X 90mm triple fans to enhance the airflow and air pressure for keeping the card in the best cooling condition. Besides, Red Dragon RX 6800 XT equips Dual BIOS, stylish back plate, and shiny LED light. You will have upgraded gaming experiences with the new Red Dragon RX 6800 XT.

The Power of Red Dragon
PowerColor Red Dragon AMD Radeon™ RX 6800 XT is armed with a new triple fan design, 310mm cooler with 7X6Φheatpipes, and a large copper base improves heat transfer and dissipation from the GPU and the VRAMs providing highly efficient heat dissipation solution. And it is also equipped with a 12+2 phase VRM with DrMOS, high polymer capacitors, and two 8-pin PCI-E connectors for implementing better performance.

Back Plate
The metal back plate strengthens and protects the card and offers better heat dissipation.

Dual BIOS
Choosing the BIOS fits your need: better overclocking or silent operation.

Stronger components, Better performance
DrMOS provides superior power efficiency and better performance while high-polymer capacitors offer uncompromising reliability. Red Devil is armed with stronger components: a 10+2 phase VRM guarantees better overclocking and stability for true gamers.

Cooler
Equips with 3X8Φ and 4X6Φ heatpipes and 25% more heat sink surface area to offer cooler and quieter performance.

Triple Fan
The 2X 100mm and 1X 90mm optimized static pressure fan design provides more air flow and better cooling circulation.

Glow Your Red Dragon
Featuring the Red LED brighten your Red Dragon in the dark.

Two Ball Bearing - 4X greater longevity
The cooling fan utilizes two-ball bearing technology, increasing the longevity of the fans by up to 4 times.

Mute Fan Technology - 0db -Silent gaming
Mute Fan Technology intelligently turns off the fan below 60℃, providing silent gaming during medium and low load while reducing power consumption.

Exclusive New Cooling-Fan Design, Advanced Cooling Solution
Compared with previous generation, PowerColor Red Devil RX 6800 Graphics Card uses an exclusive new cooling-fan design to increase airflow and air pressure by up to 60%, achieving new level of thermal performance.

Triple-Fan Cooler Lower Temperature Better Performance
Red Dragon RX6800 equips with 7X6Φ copper heatpipes and an enlarged heatsink surface for providing lower temperature but better performance

Vertical Aluminum Fin Design
The vertical design and increased array of aluminum fins improves heat spread dramatically. With a massive array of fins, the copper heatpipes can collect heat and dissipate it with maximum efficiency.

Copper Base Direct Touch
A smooth copper base directly contacts to the GPU to enhance exceptional heat transfer, and improves heat dissipation from the VRAMs to keep the card in the optimum cooling condition.

Dual BIOS
With the flip of a switch, you can choose OC Mode which allows you to easily handle top-of-the-line games by pushing the limit of the power and performance, while Silent Mode provides an excellent quiet-gaming experience.

Glow Your Red Dragon
Featuring the Red LED brighten your Red Dragon in the dark.

Reinforced Back Plate
The metal back plate is extremely rigid to strengthen the card to prevent PCB bending, and the hollow area allows heat release promptly to enhance airflow.

Is this a good price? Or worth waiting for a slight drop?

This has just had a drop to under £500, thats the best price ive seen a 6800xt for in the uk. Starfield is claimed via AMD. Taken from another thred/user...

"You dont get game codes to sell. You'd receive the retailer code that helps you set up an account with AMD rewards, download the software verifying The qualifying GPU and then log in with your steam details to claim it."

Unless you need the performance boost, and don't mind the terrible power draw, most would be better off saving almost a hundred quid, and getting a 6800 non-xt. At this price, we are too close to the 4070, which while having 4GB less VRAM (which is bad news), uses loads less power, is in the same ball park performance wise, has CUDA, and much better gimmick support (if you care for Nvidia gameworks shenanigans).

What if you had been given a £200 work bonus and could get the 7900xt for £625? That’s a better deal than the 6800?
