Amazon Student Prime Renewal
Amazon emailed me to advise it's due to expire soon.
The email advises that, if I am still a student, I can re-verify my status - however, when I click the link in the email to do so or the one on my Prime subscription page, it states the payment method on file is invalid and should be updated. Even when I update the payment method (with the same card details) I get the same error when trying to validate my student status.
Anyone else had this and able to overcome it? If so, how?
Alternatively, a previous post on here mentions you can verify your student status by emailing Amazon (ecr-replies@amazon.co.uk). Anyone know if this email address is still valid?
