Any recommendations for kids cameras (not toys)

My daughter is 7 and she loves my DSLRs and Sonys, I want to get her a decent camera with good picture quality, shutter speed and auto focus. Any recommendations would be really appreciated. Budget under £100

    You are expecting a lot for that budget, especially when the comparison set is 5-10x that budget.
