Important: If your booking relates to an eye health problem (styes, irritability, or contact lens issues), please go to your nearest NHS-funded practice. Click here to book.
Please be on time. Our store teams will always try to be as flexible as possible, however, please be aware that due to the tight schedules of our opticians - if you are more than 5 minutes delayed we will have to reschedule your appointment.
Remove contact lenses. To ensure a reliable test result, please remove soft contact lenses 30 minutes (minimum) before your appointment, and avoid wearing hard contact lenses on the same day altogether. We want to reduce the use of disposable contact lens containers, so please bring your own — in case you really need it.
Already have frames? Would be nice if you could bring them. The prescription in those frames can be used as a starting point, making the eye test a bit quicker.
Are you pregnant? Please inform our optician. This could affect the results of the eye test.
Can't make it? Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, here.
We look forward to meeting you offline.

    See you soon!

    Cheers,
    Ace & Tate
