Cheapest GPU card for three 4k monitor set up?

Hi, as per the title. Is this remotely possible, even at 60hz?

A card with preferably three display ports would be nice too.

Oh and, ideally low profile.

Is this purely for display or are you planning on doing any gaming?

    What monitors do you have?

I was able to drive two 2K monitors with a 1050TI that had a single output because I was able to daisy chain the monitors.

It's primarily for display. It's an Optiplex 7050 SFF which I'm tinkering with as a fun project to see what it'll do.

Depending on bandwidth and monitor, the onboard graphics of the i7-6700 is capable of pushing either four 1080 monitors, two QHD monitors or a single 4K monitor at 60hz.

I'm trying to find a GPU to run three monitors at 4K

I've seen various docks, but they're a bit pricey, and I was also looking at the Nvidia Quadro for example:

Is it the case that a PSU should ideally not be pushed past 60% of its possible output?

The current Dell PSU inside the Optiplex has a max output of 180W... I think this could be an issue.

Or is it doable given the T400 or T600 only pull 30W and 40W respectively, which along with 60W for the i7-6700 (and lets say 20w for everything else) would require 120W or so? Could that work? (edited)
