Fortnite and Epic Games login

Can someone tell me how I can log into epic games if I’ve only ever used my ps sign in.

I want to be able to login to fortnite on the switch but it asks for my epic games login details. I’ve never created an epic games account as I used my PlayStation credentials? How do I do this? Thanks

    Have you tried the same ones to see what happens?

    Try logging into your Epic Games account via a web browser, then click on the login with your Playstation account.epicgames.com/id/…rue

    You can then find your Epic Games account details
