Looking for advice on a 27" to 32" monitor for home office with usb power

There are no end of monitors I've seen ranging from £150 to £400. Ideally I'd like to pay as little as necessary to get a monitor that I can plug a laptop/PC into and hopefully get away with one cable to do everything. The option of being able to permanently plug a keyboard and mouse into the monitor would be icing...

What's the best bang for buck people would recommend currently?

Thanks

Actually, a £30 usb-c hub could solve the problem... (edited)

Thanks for the suggestions. Google used to give quite useful info but the search is just crap these days.
