New PC for video editing

I need a new PC for editing video but havent got a clue where to start other than knowing I really need 32GB ram for Premier Pro (to avoid virtual ram).
I only edit one or two videos a week, and no major special effects are used. I use a few other pieces of Adobe software as well like Indesign and Photoshop.
Must be Windows based for various reasons - not debatable.
I see various gaming PCs popping up but never sure if they are suitable.
Any advice welcome.
Edit: budget is ideally no more than £1000, preferably closer to £800

I didn't think the i5 processors were that powerful but I suppose this is where my lack of knowledge kicks in

    Your budget restricted
13th and 14 gen i5 with 10 core or 14 core these days.

Self built with 14 gen i7 with 32GB RAM and RTX 4060 will cost you 1100 - 1200 (edited)
