Paint on shoe..

I got some paint of my shoe today, my mate suggested alcohol...
I've nearly drank a bottle of vodka, and it STILL the same any ideas?

nail polish remover from supermarket?
or yeah industrial grade alcohol i use for cleaning cpu thermal paste

you're doing it wrong! you need to pour the alcohol into the shoe before drinking it

dip the shoe into the paint bucket, also adds waterproofing
