Sainsburys click and collect refund

I went to pick up a grocery order I made and it had some substitutions I wasn't keen on so I said I wouldn't be taking them. They said no problem, refund will be issued. Question is do I get an email stating that or...? It's been 3 hours and I haven't had any correspondence so just wondering has the customer assistant forgotten or is the system just slow?
