Teeth Whitening remedies - natural

Has anything worked well for teeth whitening (not chemical whitening, only natural home remedy type that just takes off tea staining etc).

I hear bicarb of soda is good, is this true? Thanks

I haven't tried bicarb of soda but I make mouthwash 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide and water (currently 50/50 mix with a few drops of peppermint oil). Teeth definitely whiter and no complaints from dentist at recent visit. Also bought an ultrasonic plaque remover during lockdown for plaque and stains (2 different attachments) and haven't needed a scale and polish for the past couple of years. My Dentist always recommended one at check ups prior to buying one, so wouldn't be without one now. (edited)

Can I ask, which ultrasonic plaque cleaner you purchased and is it painful?
