Just pay for your flights and food, what is the catch

I posted a long reply explaining more about this offer and my experience several years ago. While it is a legitimate offer and the resorts are real, some information you should be aware of:
The 2 resorts you can choose from for this deal are Pueblo Evita and Fairways Club. Both resorts are owned by Richvale Resorts. They have been operating for many years and use various websites to promote their resorts. They also use those free magazine scratchcards with the premium rate numbers as well as other advertising like newspapers, car insurance websites etc.
They offer customers free (or cheap) holidays, HOWEVER what they don’t share with you are the following:
1.The time periods for which the free stays are very restricted, and they usually only have 1 room allocated to these promotional offers at any one time which are included in this offer. If they are not available, you will have to pay upgrade fees which is most of the time. What I’m trying to say is that only a very small number of people will be able to claim the offer without paying upgrade fees.
2.Both resorts rely on Timeshares to make profit. During your stay, there will be sales pitches for Timeshares
3. From the terms and conditions, the free promotional room within their resorts do not have a bed but have a sofa bed instead so bare this in mind. This is one reason why I declined and never booked or went away.
So essentially, be prepared to pay upgrade fees for dates outside of their schedule and for rooms that are not their “promotional” rooms. The upgrade fees (from my research) cost more than other nicer hotels in these areas.
My personal experience was that I had “won” a free stay at these resorts. There was a lot of back and forth with the promotional company who I think were associated with Richvale Resorts and they wanted to charge me hundreds of pounds to upgrade because the free promotional room was already booked for the dates, I was available, however they had plenty of other standard rooms.
Here are all the websites that Richvale Resorts use for their marketing to get people in their resort and then try to sell them Timeshares. Vodafone customers will be directed to the top one once they pay Parade Marketing the £9.99 fee.
