What are CEX "B" grade phones like?

I've only ever bought "mint" phones - but wondering how "used" the B grade ones are? Always worried that "good" seems a bit vague. Could anyone offer any advice/ tell me their experience with buying B grade please? TIA

I've bought B grade stuff & it's been like brand new but other stuff not so good. I'd definitely would want to be in the shop when purchasing not just order online.

Mixed bag in my experience, mostly I've received them in very good condition but I have had the odd dud which I would consider to be closer to a Grade C, but luckily returns are easy enough

It’s a pick and mix
Say you ordered a iPhone 13 and 14. The 13 might be used with 1 or 2 scratches and iPhone 14 might be excellent condition but no original box so that’s why it makes it grade B

Thanks everyone - as I have to order online I think I better stick with the mint/A condition ones (and choose a cheaper model )
