I think it's because it's an independent documentary, it had nothing to do with Paramount officially.
I noticed that the other day. I haven't seen it yet but hear very good things about it. Chaos On The Bridge is also available on Paramount+. I have seen that and it's very entertaining and interesting, particularly for fans of TNG.
This is supposedly really good.
