No PreOrders until R* allow it. UK retailers are under strict instructions as R* can penalise anyone that falls out of line that gets official supply.
Years ago when the grocers were selling new release for £20-30 they didn't allow any stock into Asda of Red Dead Redemption until around 2 weeks after launch.
