Boot's has very high quality selection for only £3.39. includes juices priced at £2.50 each. Snacks priced up to £1.30. range of mains has sushi, salads, triple packs of sandwiches all much better quality than Tesco

Just £3.50. I remember the days when you could get a 3 course meal for £3.50.

Still miffed that Sainsburys meal deal doesn't include any decent sandwiches now - it used to be the best, and its now gone to the worst!

Sainsburys - Used to be the best, now the worst. Although still £3 the sandwich selection is dire. Also none near my office.
M&S - was too expensive, might check them out now.
co-op - pretty poor selection, and its more expensive at £3.50 now (I think). Still better than sainsburys, but the price and average sandwiches has kept me away for a while now!
Tesco - reasonable, at £3 you get an ok selection, but no the best. Often get this.
Boots - yes, very good! Boots near my office doesn't do sandwiches though.
Morrisons - Definitely the best, £3 gets you the best sandwiches + decent snack & drinks. Unfortunately none near my office. (edited)

Can't beat the Morrisons meal deal - £3 for triple wrap, coke/pepsi and nutty snack bar - £1.79 saved!

£3.50 at the local Spar, too. Triple sandwich, berry smoothie, packet of fresh fruit.

I buy a £1 sandwich at boots and have a drink from the office water filter. Adds up to quite a saving over a year. Spend less, save more. I should really make my own lunch.

Squirrels arn't very observent, i nearly ran them over in the past, they run at the last 10th of a second and when they do move it's usually accross your path

Costs £5 at motorway services 😡

I've been in the M&S services store a few times and they are stupidly expensive! All the prices are hiked 20% or something to start with, and if you see any markdowns they are usually 10p seems they would rather throw stuff away...

The Boots deal is good, especially for us veggies they have a better range of nice and different veggie sandwich.

Good deal but co-op is arguably better.

Good selection of sandwiches, salads and hot stuff, a choice of crisps, snack food like sausage rolls or cakes and chocolate, and a wide selection of drinks from smoothies to soft drinks.

£3.50 or £3.15 with an NUS card.

Just been, and bought a chicken/avacado sandwich deal.
Was a nice sandwich, but I still think the selection doesn't really justify the price above, say Tesco. The sandwiches are reasonable, but not what call premium.

Wraps, subs & premium sandwiches are still not included in the deal.

So don't think I'll be bothering too much with them in future.

I love M&S sandwiches but I have gone off sandwiches at the moment as they are too stodgy. I am on a magnum ice cream lunch at the moment which is more appropriate for the warm weather and lighter

    Voted hot for value though

Tesco stopped me from ordering £3 meal deals online for delivery. Can no longer do this.
  22. deleted614753's avatar
I wonder if they will be offering this deal at their airport shops (where applicable)?
Boot's do, although they are slightly dearer.
    WH Smiths too.

Coudn't agree more. Boots winner for me!

You have to get in early for the Boots lunches else there won't be much left! I like the snacks - able to add 2 boiled eggs as a snack to up the protein

    £3 at Sainsbury's

Agree re: the comments about Sainsburys.... absolutely is dire...... everyday.... Chicken and Salad as the rest are horrible, they used to have a really good selection until they "changed the selection in line with their customers wishes and to introduce a new, exciting range"..... it clearly was a money saving/making move.

Tesco near where I work isn't much better, only other places are over priced coffee shops like Pret/Starbucks

They are? Cool! Shelf price was a quid yesterday but they were stickered at 1.50.
Good 'proper' old fashioned UK style doughnuts as well. Excellent value for money.
