Parkside 1.2 kw generator (model P61 B2) available instore (all stores) at Lidl for £99. Seems like a good deal for a 1.2kw portable generator. I live rurally so use one as a backup for when the power cuts out.

    I couldnt tell you about Scottish stores but the english and welsh run off the same program and ive seen the next 2 weeks program and it wasnt on there.

    These are decent for the money but very loud, I think from memory they are 90db... maybe higher. I have one from costco with 4000w output which runs at 62db and was £229. For the money though you won't get better.

    I bought this generator a little while ago and I have to agree that it is rather load in it's standard setting, but when in Eco mode makes a substantial difference.

    have you seen this in any uk Lidl or UK leaflet. As it's 199 euros in store in Germany it wouldn't equate to £99.
